Data we collect

Identification and contact details you provide voluntarily (name, surname, email, phone, country of residence) and the details of your enquiry or stay. We do not collect sensitive data and we do not buy databases.

Purpose

To answer your enquiries, manage your booking request, prepare your arrival and comply with our legal and accounting obligations. We only send you commercial information if you have expressly asked us to.

Legal basis

The performance of the contract or pre-contractual relationship for your stay, your consent when you write to us, and our legal obligations as an accommodation provider.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as our relationship with you lasts and, thereafter, for the legally required periods. When these expire, the data are deleted.

Recipients

Only providers essential to operate the house (booking engine, payment gateway, email and hosting), always bound by a data processing agreement. We never sell your data.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data by writing to reservas@kasapartments.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
